Elle will be celebrating her first birthday this coming Sunday and her mom wanted a pinafore dress for her to go with the tea party theme.  I made it a two piece dress so that she could change the actual pinafore if she wants.  Here is a pic of the inner dress which she can actually wear without the pinafore.
