Some call it mesh fabric, some guys call it net (hahahha), but it's more commonly known as tulle. I love all kinds of tulle, whether it be soft or the more harder version.  It's also a treat if it's embroidered, like the blue two piece gown.  A few of my recent works were made with tulle, as shown below.
